Job Description

Position Overview:
The Sales Team Lead primarily manages and directs a sales team of at least three or more full-time employees through coaching, training, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices. The Sales Team Lead will supervise direct report employees including, but not limited to: hiring, scheduling, conducting performance appraisals, budgeting and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws or effectively recommending the same. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for generating maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
  • Takes over Vacation Ownership presentation from Resort Guide or Sales Executive with emphasis on light discovery options, points, pricing, incentives and terms and condition
  • Must know how to use a financial calculator
  • Must have strong proven leadership, organization, and communication skills to provide direction, support and coaching as well as create a positive working environment.
  • Assists with the Training and coaching of sales representatives.
  • Running Sales meeting including morning huddles.

  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • A minimum of (2) two years experience gained through increasingly responsible positions within sales. (Previous management experience preferred)
  • ?Branded? vacation ownership sales experience highly preferred.
  • High energy level and the ability to influence inspire and lead teams effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasiveness skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
