SB - Terrain Park Supervisor - Winter Seasonal - Full Time

The ideal applicant for the Terrain Park Supervisor position must have at least one (1) year of experience in a terrain park with knowledge of how to build features and operate a snowmobile.

Detailed job description, including responsibilities, work performed, tools or equipment used, etc.: Scheduling of volunteer park ambassadors and training of volunteer ambassador team Staff equipment inspections, safety meetings Hire, train, manage, coach approximately 12 volunteers Compile daily park reports including feature changes, grooming, inspections, etc. Field guest inquiries and complaints Ensure work space, tool storage and offices are tidy and organized Establish performance objectives with volunteers and monitor them File and catalog all incident reports Assist Terrain Park Manager in execution of special events (competitions) Performance management and disciplinary actions for volunteers and attendance Ensure understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements Other duties, as assigned

Minimum skills, experience, education and ability required for this job: High School diploma or GED, preferred Must have at least 1-year experience in Terrain Parks Knowledge of how to build park features (Super Pipe, Boarder Cross, hits, rails and other features) Operating various equipment (snowmobile, skid-steer, snow cat) Problem-solve in a highly effective manner and maintain positive relationships with guests and staff, including management, subordinates and co-workers Be a consistent role model for company s Service Excellence standards Communicate clearly and effectively in English Physical Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Work outdoors and sitting in equipment Work long hours building park; able to walk on snow and uneven terrain Operate on uneven slopes with equipment Must have a valid driver s license; a successful motor vehicle record background check is required Lift 50 lbs.

Miscellaneous information: This is an hourly non-exempt position and is subject to overtime pay Position required working weekends and holidays as needed

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
