SB - Round Up Room Supervisor - Winter Seasonal - Full Time

This position will be responsible for assisting with all operations in the Round Up Room ensuring all facilities and equipment are in proper working order. Must have restaurant experience with previous supervisory experience preferred.

Detailed job description, including responsibilities, work performed, tools or equipment used, etc.: Assist with Round Up Room (RUR) operations, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in proper working order. Oversee daily staffing needs during shifts worked in RUR Help maintain all beverage levels and assist with ordering for RUR Ensure food safety audits are completed weekly and that temperature checks are completed daily Assist with Inventory of all on-site products in an accurate and timely manner Closely monitor service standards Maintain a strong presence on the floor Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards Ensure cleanliness of the bathroom facilities Deliver daily shift meetings in the absence of the supervisor to provide communication and promote staff morale Closely monitor opening and closing procedures for the facility Assist with training program of service standards for staff Document employee performance in the absence of the supervisor and report issues to supervisor Ensure understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements Other duties, as assigned

Minimum skills, experience, education and ability required for this job: High School diploma or GED preferred Restaurant experience required Previous supervisory experience preferred Must have employee relation skills, food knowledge, and safety knowledge Food and cooking moderate skills Problem solve in a highly effective manner and maintain positive relationships with guests and staff, including management, subordinates and co-workers Ability to be a consistent role model for company s Service Excellence standards Physical Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. (beverage cases, cases of food) Able to communicate verbally and in writing in English This position may include working around heat and cold in the kitchen, occasional climbing ladders and working in storage areas; delivering food to KVC can be strenuous and walkways may be snowy

Miscellaneous information: This is a hourly non-exempt position and is subject to overtime pay will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
