SB - Construction Laborer - Temporary - Full Time

It s Mud Season-and we need help getting this place ready! The ideal candidate for the Construction Laborer will have experience working with hand tools in construction and comfortable working in a physically strenuous environment.

Detailed job description, including responsibilities, work performed, tools or equipment used, etc.: Perform work which may include digging, pouring concrete, working with steel forms, demolition - concrete cutting, environmental remediation, fences and landscaping, paving, piping, tunnels, electrical conduit and communications conduit Work with wood, synthetics, steel, and plastic materials Work with construction materials and tools such as hammer, pliers w/ side-cutters, welder, plasm cutter, saws, utility knife, tape measure, locking pliers, crescent wrench, screwdriver, shovel or light heavy equipment Assist with assembly and installation of lighting fixtures, table and chair assembly. Assist with assembly and installation of materials pertinent to the projects Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements Other duties as assigned

Minimum skills, experience, education and ability required for this job: High school graduate or GED Previous experience in construction preferred Good work ethic and work history Operating a vehicle could be a function of this position and will require the successful applicant to meet the minimum requirements of the Intrawest Driver s Standards Policy that includes possessing a valid Driver's License and meet insurability standards Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with SSRC s Service Excellence standards Physical Requirements: Must be minimum 18 years of age Walk on uneven often rugged terrain, outdoors in mountainous terrain, in extreme hot or cold inclement weather Performing heavy work on terrain that may have a steep grade Lift and/or carry equipment and materials weighing 60 lbs or more Safey operate small tools Work in a high degree of strenuous activity

Miscellaneous information: This is an hourly non-exempt position and is subject to overtime pay Position is required to work weekends, and holidays, as needed

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
