Night shift houseperson / property custodian

Description
The night houseman is a driving position which works closely with the front desk in fulfilling on-demand guest requests. The shift begins at 3:00 PM thru 11:00 PM. This position support the overall functions of our housekeeping department by:
Monitoring and maintaining sufficient inventory of supplies and linens in the various linen / housekeeping closets at properties.
Maintains order and cleanliness in linen / housekeeping closets.
Delivers items to properties on-demand to fulfill guest and owner requests.
Loads and hauls trash and soiled linens from units, walkways, common areas, garages and balconies.
Cleans and Maintains Common Areas and Public Restrooms.
Work at many diverse properties throughout our beautiful valley. Work independently. If you take pride in your work and are physically able to lift and work hard, we invite you to join our team of exceptional people.

Requirements
Drivers license with Good Driving Record.
Lifting to 50 lbs Required.
Physically able to ascend stairs up & down several times during day while carrying up to 40 lbs.
Attention to detail.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
